VenusMeds.com is an alleged European reputed internet pharmacy that mainly sells generic drugs sourced from quality-assured suppliers from developing nations. They claim 67% of their first-time customers return to shop online for drugs and are happy with their products. They also offer 24×7 customer support via their efficient support staff along with fast shipping of all their orders for greater customer satisfaction. To find out the authenticity of their claims we reviewed the pharmacy and below are our findings that will give you a good idea about the pharmacy and its products.
|Name of Organisation||Venus Meds|

We checked the domain records of the pharmacy and it revealed that the domain was purchased on 22nd January 2019 and will continue to work till 22nd January 2022. This means the pharmacy is over two years old and likely has a strong reputation among its customers to last this long. However, we need more information to call it a genuine business instead of a rogue one.
The pharmacy has a high trust score of 99 on Scam Adviser suggesting the pharmacy is safe to use with not too many security flaws. There is no owner name given and the business is likely located in Moscow, Russia even though they are claiming to be based in Bern, Switzerland. However, the address is a Zip code and a city name instead of their actual location. The involvement of Russia is a huge negative as the country is known for producing online scams in the past. The telephone number is not real and there is no point calling on that number.
The pharmacy is not accredited by CIPA or the NABP. However, there is a Pharmacy Checker seal at the bottom of the website and clicking that seal opens a pop-up window instead of the website where the certificate visible is a clear case of forgery. Instead of the name of the pharmacy, there is a name called “European Pharmacy” poorly photoshopped into a certificate to make it appear genuine. Legit Script rated the pharmacy as a rogue entity as they failed to secure approval for their fraud business.
There are a lot of products up for sale at the pharmacy’s online store that is mostly generic men’s drugs. Below are some of its well-known drug categories:
✔ Acidity, Acne, Antiviral
✔ Blood Pressure, Depression
✔ Eye Care, Gastro health
✔ Men’s Health, Pain Relief
✔ Sleeping Aid, Weight Loss, etc
There is no mention of whether they require a valid prescription from a licensed physicist or not, but you must a copy of your prescription handy before placing your order.
The generic best-sellers at the pharmacy are available at unbelievably low prices and it is hard to argue that these are actually genuine products and not counterfeit ones. They mentioned on their website that they only sell FDA-approved drugs, but did not specify which FDA approved these drugs.
Currently, the pharmacy accepts Visa, Mastercard, Western Union, and Money Gram payments at the checkout page. However, the website and the checkout page both are not secured with an authentic SSL certificate (the seals you see at the bottom of their website are all fake and not genuine). This means you have higher chances of facing identity theft and other risks on the website.
US Airmail along with EMS Courier are the shipping options of the pharmacy for its worldwide customers.
✔ Airmail will take a maximum of 21 days to ship your order within the United States with no option for parcel tracking.
✔ EMS takes around 14 to 23 days to ship the orders worldwide depending on your location with full parcel tracking support.
You will get an email notification when your order is shipped along with a tracking number to track your order.
Incredibly, the pharmacy does not have a testimonials page for its prospective customers where they could have showcased all the VenusMeds.com reviews posted by its past customers. However, there is a review posted on its TrustPilot page that is in French so we could not understand the language. However, it is a positive, five-star review posted last year suggesting the pharmacy ship the orders.
The pharmacy tried really hard to appear as a genuine business, but upon closer inspection, we concluded it is nothing but another scam that likely originated in Russia. Everything is fake about the pharmacy and you must stay away from them and not fall into their trap. We give VenusMeds.com 1.5 out of 5 stars based on our detailed examination.
