The domain name is heavily redacted and the only information available is that it’s a Russian domain. It was registered in 2018 which doesn’t seem as though the company has a lot of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The online chat operative did not seem to be able to explain the connection to Russia when questioned about it.
It is difficult to believe that even if a virtual Russian business was using a Cypriot office, people who work there are completely unaware of this fact. If they have no idea about the company structure, how knowledgeable are they about the integrity and reliability of the company?

They claimed to have a parent company of sorts, called Astratex Trading Ltd, based out of Globalserve Business Centre in Cyprus. The online chat operative provided me with a physical address in Cyprus.
We found a Globalserve Consultants Ltd, which doesn’t match the given name exactly. Google maps could find only a partial match to the address of the premises.
This suggests the company may have modeled its premises on a legitimate street and company in the hope that people won’t probe too far as to whether it is what it claims to be.
Regulatory Approvals
Assuming the company is in Cyprus, it should be possible to check if they are regulated as an online pharmacy. The Medicine Seller Register which is a European regulatory body does not recognize the company.
ScamAdviser reveals that this particular web server often hosts low-rated websites and the owner has paid to hide their identity on the whois website. This could suggest that they are operating in an unregulated fashion and do not wish to be named and shamed, or reported.

The flagship products are for male health. Other drugs available on the website include those to treat:

The breakdown per pill is shown but batches of varying sizes are available across the range of products. A 10% discount is offered for ‘next orders’ to secure repeat customers. It was very easy to order 450 ibuprofen painkillers on the shopping cart which could obviously have severe consequences if ingested.

Trackable courier service or an untracked airmail service are options for shipping. Something very concerning and which points to this company being a scam is the advice given if the product is held at customs.
The customer will be asked to come and give permission for the package to be examined and then the customer ‘should’ receive the product. This seems a very unrealistic situation to put a customer in and could potentially put them in breach of the law if that is a controlled substance in their country.

If the order isn’t delivered in time, the company promises a money-back guarantee or free shipping of another product. National couriers such as Royal Mail (UK) and Deutsche Post (Germany) are shown as delivery options on the website. There is an invitation to track your delivery and there is an express delivery option.
Feedback
A Twilio review of Astratex Trading Ltd describes the company as a fraudster. The reviewer claimed that the company hacks other websites and claims to be FDA regulated but operates out of Cyprus. The review with the exact same wording was repeated on another website of Cypriot companies but under a different name.
Of course, this could be one upset customer, but we could find no good reviews. All testimonies on the website highly praise the products but they are worded awkwardly. For example, every single English-speaking customer on the landing page writes with grammatical mistakes.
Conclusion
There appears to be no proper regulation as to which drugs can and should be available to customers. The only online reviews we could find accused the company of fraud and there are mismatches between the locations of the warehouses, the web domain, and the office headquarters. This suggests that there are complicated levels of administration that are common in fraudulent companies. The online chat operative did not seem willing to answer my questions about this and cut the conversation short when pushed on why the domain name was in Russia and why was information redacted concerning this.
