Bad experience! Ordered thru GOODRX, but they somehow transferred me to DIRX. DIRX immediately charged my credit card. Never got my prescription. Called GOODRX and they told me to call DIRX. DIRX said they didn’t know who I was and to call GOODRX. After many lengthy phone calls, DIRX finally acknowledged me, but said they could not fill my prescription. Unknown if I will ever get a refund. TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE!
Hello, Colin! Bad news! Don’t give up, ask them to give you a refund – write e-mails and make phone calls until you make sure they did something.
DiRX July 2022. I’m sticking with them. It’s July2023! I have had my family dr. send prescriptions to diRX each time I need meds. I put in my order online to confirm it’s what I need. I really feel I am taken care of by the professionalism of EVERYONE. If I have a question and email it, they promptly get back.
