I had Rotator Cuff w/bone spurs surgery on 8/7/20. I wasn’t in a hurry to use this device immediately because of pain. Also, I needed to have help to figure out how to attach the cold pad to my arm. The first time I was able to use it for pain. Got everything set up and the cold therapy was totally soaking & dripping with the iced water. It was impossible to use. I contact Amazon where I purchased online. They referred me to the company. I emailed this company SupremeMed Medical Supply customer service hmmm 🤔 no service or response to my problem with their equipment. I was never able to use it for my recovery. Don’t do business with this scammer company.
