MyCanadianRxShop.com is an online pharmacy that openly claims to be of Canadian origin, while also stating that they have been in the e-pharmacy business for over seven years – making them a leading authority in guaranteed delivery, quality of medications, customer service, and more. As these are incredibly large claims, we felt compelled to complete a very thorough background search of this company.
|Owner Country||United States|
|Name of Organisation||Canadian Drugstore|

|Live Chat Option||no|
In regards to the claims about being a Canadian-owned and operated business, as well as being established for over seven years – we felt these were the most important claims to begin looking into. Many illegitimate companies will claim to be Canadian, as it is generally deemed a safe country to source products from.
When looking at the publicly registered domain information for this company, we immediately noticed that this company has no ties to Canada. The registrar information is all within the United States, more specifically, within Indiana.
At the same time, we were also able to see that this company was originally registered on April 27th, 2017. This gives this e-pharmacy nearly five years in the business – not seven, as they have claimed.
Much like the majority of illegitimate e-pharmacy companies, this website is filled with the usual jargon and empty promises, without providing an ounce of factual information. We are unable to see any information provided regarding the ownership, employees, business licenses, or employee licenses. This is generally not a good sign, as it is not only a lack of transparency, but also proves that this company is not official or licensed by a leading or governing authority.
When looking at Scam Adviser, we were able to see that this company has a trust score of only 1/100. They highlight negative aspects of this company like the ownership information being protected by a paid privacy service, the server of this site has other low rated websites, there are no reviews on this site, and the site is not trusted by Trend Micro.
As previously mentioned, we were unable to find any information in regards to the appropriate licensing or submitted regulations from this e-pharmacy. There are claims of being CIPA and MIPA approved, so we decided to look into those.
This company is not recognized by the Canadian International Pharmacy Association (CIPA) – which it generally would be, if it was a legitimate Canadian pharmacy, as the website claims. It is also not recognized by the Manitoba International Pharmacy Association (MIPA).
In terms of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), they have reported this e-pharmacy. They have also placed this company and website on their “Not Recommended” list. This is consistent with Legit Script, where this company is listed as being a “rogue” pharmacy.
Products and Pricing
It’s important to note that companies that do not have proper business licenses or adhere to regulatory approval generally sell untested and unsafe consumable products. In terms of claims made by this e-pharmacy, they state that “the products sold are manufactured and shipped from India – all of which are Indian FDA approved”. This claim is unbelievable without proper documentation and incredibly odd, considering this is supposed to be a Canadian Pharmacy with “best-selling drugs from Canada”.

There are absolutely no reviews for this company on third-party sites like Trustpilot and the company has been left unclaimed by the ownership. This website does have a page for testimonials; however, they seem highly falsified. They do not include dates and are all in regards to receiving a package – there is no information on products, customer service, etc.
In conclusion, we will follow suit with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and not recommend the use of this company or the marketed products. This company is openly fraudulent with the provided information – including claiming to be a CIPA and MIPA certified member when they are not. We caution any future users against this e-pharmacy and the products being sold.
