Mds-Top.com is an online pharmacy that sells men’s generic health drugs as well as some other health products at a cheaper price. We recently conducted an in-depth review of the pharmacy to see whether their claims are legitimate or are it just another rogue pharmacy masquerading as a genuine drugstore. Read below to know more about our findings and whether you should buy anything from them or not.

The Whois data of the pharmacy says the domain was first registered on 8th April 2018 and currently has an expiry date of 8th April 2020. This short lifespan of two years is one of the common features of a rogue pharmacy. The registrant of the domain is GKG.Net, Inc, another common name that is associated with several scam pharmacies in the past. There are also two countries involved in its setup – the United States and one random country that keeps getting altered after a certain period.
Unsurprisingly, the owner of the pharmacy is using a fake identity and fake physical address to hide their actual identity and physical location. They have provided an address of the Czech Republic even though the pharmacy is running from the United States. All their contact details are fake and not working. Their social media pages are unresponsive as we did not get any response from them to answer our queries.
Legal approvals are mandatory for any business to operate legally. Even though the drugstore is packaged as professional and legitimate, the reality is far away from it. The drugstore is not registered with concerned authorities in any country they are operating. The pharmacy is not present in CIPA, MPA, PharmacyChecker or any other authority’s database and the LegitScript classifies the pharmacy as a rogue business meaning their products are not suitable for human consumption.
The pharmacy sells men’s performance enhancement drugs along with some other health products to bypass legal scrutiny of their business. Some of their products include:
✔ Antibiotics, Antivirals, Antifungal
✔ Blood Pressure
✔ Cancer, Cholesterol
Products and Pricing
Most of their best-selling products are priced way below their actual market rate. You won’t find these drugs at these prices in traditional markets. These products sourced and dispensed from countries like India and Pakistan where these drugs are duplicated and sold below their normal prices. They don’t need a prescription either before selling their products.
The pharmacy accepts payments via credit cards issued by Visa and Mastercard as well as Bitcoin which is the preferred option of scammers as there is no option of a refund. They also send you to an external payment getaway during checkout which they claim to be secure. However, there is no SSL security seal on that page meaning your information will likely get stolen or duplicated.
The pharmacy claims to ship its products worldwide and they use two methods for shipping. They are:
✔ Airmail with an estimated waiting period of 2 to 3 weeks and
✔ EMS Courier Service with an estimated delivery period of 5 to 7 business days
The final shipping pricing will depend on the order and the location where the order needs to be delivered. Your order could get delayed at the customs due to certain regulations so you need to be patient if you don’t get your order on time. They also offer free shipping on every Airmail order over $200 and every EMS Courier Service order over $300 along with free generic pills with every order you make on their website.
The pharmacy has its own testimonial page where you read what their previous customers are saying about their products and services and how legit they are. Unfortunately, during our investigation, we found that almost all these Mds-Top.com reviews are fake and created by the owner itself. There is no authenticity of them and some of these reviews are also present on several other rogue pharmacies we investigated before.
Based on our comprehensive investigation, we can clearly say that this is just another rogue pharmacy created to dupe their customers and steal their information. There is nothing about the pharmacy that tells us it is legit. The owner’s lack of transparency, fake reviews, no legal approval and SSL seals on their website all are major indicators of a scam business. So, you need to stay away from this pharmacy and look for the authentic ones for your safety. Based on our research we can give this pharmacy a 1 out of 5 stars.
