The domain for this online pharmacy was first registered on the 17th of August 1999 and last updated on the 27 of April 2019. Also, the domain is currently set to expire on the 17th of August 2022. This is a very long time for a domain to have been in existence, however, there is no mention on any of the pages of the pharmacy website including on the ‘About Us’ page about how long they have been in business.
The e-pharmacy is registered through a third-party company called Perfect Privacy LLC which is located in the city of Jacksonville, Florida in the United States. However, on the online pharmacy’s website, it says that they are based in Port Villa which is the capital of the island nation of Vanuatu. On ScamAdviser this drugstore website has a trust score of 10% with a label that says ‘this site may not be safe to use’.

Products & Pricing
This e-commerce pharmacy claims to service clients from all over the world, this is a bold claim and although it does not necessarily mean that this website is not legit it should be taken into account cautiously. Payment & Shipping
Three payment methods are currently accepted on this drugstore website, the first payment method is using an American Express credit card with no other credit card company currently being accepted. Customers can also pay using a wire transfer and also send a cheque through the mail.
There are two shipping methods offered on this site, the first is the Standard shipping method which is free for all orders and takes between 7 and 21 days. There is also the Express shipping method which takes between 7 and 10 days to be completed, it is also important to point out that there is a notice on the site that says that due to the COVID-19 crisis deliveries may take between 3 and 6 weeks on average.
There are over one thousand reviews available online on various third party website and review platforms, a large part of those reviews are hosted on TrustPilot where this e-commerce pharmacy has a total score of 4.9 stars out of 5 from a total of 1,216 posted reviews. No testimonials are hosted on the pharmacy website which is a good sign as it shows that they are not trying to mislead anyone by posting testimonials that the website’s owners have the ability to edit.
In conclusion, InhousePharmacy.vu is a mediocre option that although may be legit is not 100% law-abiding since it is based on the island nation of Vanuatu thus not required to be compliant to consumer protection laws in North America and Europe. A big example of this is how this drugstore website does not ask for prescriptions for medications that require a prescription instead of just telling customers to follow the advice of health professionals thus leaving it to the customer’s discretion. From all the information that we have found about this e-commerce platform, we will have to give a score of 2.5 stars out of 5.

I’ve been using Inhouse Pharmacy for two decades and have had stellar service from this group. I am able to save a lot of money by purchasing my scripts from them.
Hello, Robin! I’m glad you like this online pharmacy’s services and are a loyal customer 🙂 Thank you very much for your comment!
I used Inhouse Pharmacy for over 5 years before getting health insurance coverage. I only had one package lost, and they fixed that right away. The first package showed up later, and they told me I could keep it at no charge. Many of these drugs now have copay assist programs, and that is the only reason I stopped using Inhouse. If you have a high copay, using Inhouse is a good alternative to skipping doses or doing without medicine.
