I used Inhouse Pharmacy for over 5 years before getting health insurance coverage. I only had one package lost, and they fixed that right away. The first package showed up later, and they told me I could keep it at no charge. Many of these drugs now have copay assist programs, and that is the only reason I stopped using Inhouse. If you have a high copay, using Inhouse is a good alternative to skipping doses or doing without medicine.
