HqMed.net claims to be an efficient online drugstore that sells drugs related to men’s sexual health and performance. It claims to assure its buyers that its products are legitimate and that they are also trustworthy as an online pharmacy. The website’s layout seems simple and easy to use, but most online pharmacies we assessed before share the exact attributes. Our article will determine whether they are a scam or a legitimate pharmacy.

According to Whois, the website was registered last March this year and is set to expire in March 2023. For an online pharmacy selling medicines for sexual performance and other related concerns, a four-month-old online pharmacy raises suspicions already.
It is also registered under Porkbun LLC, and when we did additional background research about the company, it turned out that this company is a domain name selling company. This is already sketchy since they refuse to reveal any information about the owners behind the online pharmacy.
Their business profile also yielded no relevant information. Porkbun LLC is listed as the website administrator, based in Sanford, North Carolina. The email is also from Porkbun LLC, meaning that the pharmacy website has no emails from its domains.
According to ScamAdviser, this website is a scam, getting only 1/100 from them. In addition, they also mentioned that this website has been reported by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy as a scam and is on their Not Recommended list. This means they cannot handle transactions from their Canadian and American clients.
A certified, legitimate online pharmacy would always have a favorable score whenever they are being checked by scam checkers and other legitimacy check websites. LegitScript has no records, meaning they have not reviewed it yet, or it is not included in their list of approved and legitimate pharmacies online.
Going back to the NABP “Not Recommended List” inclusion, this further shows that this online pharmacy cannot be trusted for your sexual health and satisfaction.
Products and Pricing
Most of the products they offer are for men’s health and sexual performance. These are also their flagship products since these are the products that they are flaunting on their front page.
Aside from those, they also sell other medicines and hospital supplies that online pharmacies sell in general. Some unique products include quit smoking medicines, COVID-19 test kits, and weight loss and gain products.
One look at their Bestsellers page, and you’ll notice that about 75% of their bestsellers are for men’s sexual health and performance. We cannot help but think that their other products are just a front for their sexual health products as their primary offerings to the customers.
Payment and Shipping
They accept credit cards, including major credit cards such as:
- Visa, Mastercard
- JCB, American Express
- Discover and Diners’ Club
They also accept payments done by e-checks. While this is a common practice among online sellers in general, we advise you to transact cautiously as your credit card details and personal information might get stolen.
One thing that they promise to their buyers, though, is the money-back guarantee in case the buyers did not receive their products or they got lost in shipment.
They offer a few delivery options to their buyers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and others. They also provide a Trackable Package option that allows the buyers to monitor the status of their orders by tracking them on their website.
This allows the buyers to see where their orders are, especially if they buy from overseas. This is a good selling practice since it provides peace of mind to the buyers that they can track the status of their orders before receiving them.
Another feature they offer is customs assistance in case your orders are put on hold for further inspection. They contribute to assisting their buyers in case there are issues in claiming their packages.
HqMed.net has no reviews on Trustpilot, meaning no one has ever bought from them or received anything from them. This is enough to be a red flag since if an online pharmacy has no positive feedback from any review websites, they are questionable and most likely a scam.
In short, HqMed.net reviews give them 1 star. They have no regulatory approvals, no reviews from customers, and are classified by NABP as Not Recommended for future customers. This website is a scam; you should not transact with them to prevent your credit card information from being stolen.
