Domain Information
From the pharmacy’s domain registration details, we learned that the service is active since 8th August 2015, and the license will end on 8th August 2022. So, the company is offering its prescription services for over 5 years and still has about 20 months left in its expiry. This usually indicates a genuine service as scam ones usually don’t last this long. The website layout looks professional and offers plenty of information on the Homepage for its prospective customers.
Business Profile
ScamAdviser gave the company a high trust score and affirmed that the company is verified and approved by the NABP. The owner’s name given as Stuart Starr and the organization’s name is Maple Corporation. The address given is genuine in Toronto, Canada as they do have an office located at that address. The origin-country is shows as Canada and no other country involved in the Company’s set up. The contact number and social media pages are also active and updated frequently.
Regulatory Approval
Since the pharmacy does not sell medicines or medical equipment directly, it does not have any regulatory approval from regulatory bodies including CIPA and Legit Script. That’s why no information about the service is available on their database. They do employ qualified doctors and physicists all based in Canada and all their contact details are available on the website and you can contact them via their service for consultation for a fee. However, the service is verified and approved by the NABP adding further credibility to the business.
Services Offered
Since the company sells services instead of products, it offers virtual doctor consultations within a few minutes of registering with their service. However, their service is only available to Canadian citizens and not worldwide. Since they only offer online medical consultation services, they are unable to treat all medical conditions. However, they still treat several diseases and conditions, including:
✔ Acne
✔ Allergy, Asthma, Body Aches
✔ Cold, Dermatology, Flu
✔ Fever, Headaches, Men’s Health
To avail of their services, you first need to register with them and then describe your symptoms. A doctor will then check the symptoms you described and connect with you for consultation via their website or the mobile app within a few minutes. The consultation can be done via text, video, or audio chat through their mobile app. If the doctor successfully detects your condition, he will then write a prescription that you can use in any pharmacy of your choice.
Product Pricing
The company offers a range of pricing plans to its customers for the care they want to receive via their service, including:
✔ $49 for weekday consultation
✔ $79 for weekends and holidays consultation
✔ $99 for night time consultation
The company also offers personal and family packages. The personal plan costs $30/month and allows 30 appointments in a year. The family plan costs $50 for 50 consultations in a year. These charges are billed annually. You can also buy credits for discount consultation. These plans start at $100 of credit and offer up to 5 to 15 percent savings on their annual charges.
Payment Methods
Getmaple.ca is flexible enough when it comes to offering payment options to its customers. There are several payment options available at the checkout page including major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Their payment getaway is also secure and encrypted, which means your personal information is safe with them and there is less risk of identity theft during checkout.
Shipping Methods
Since the company offers services and not medical products, there is no clear shipping policy mentioned on the website. You are free to choose any of the available pharmacies within Canada and the pharmacy will likely ship the order via the shipping options available to them. This means delivery time can be varied depending on the shipping location as well as other factors.
Customer Reviews
There are plenty of customer disclosures available on the company’s Facebook page where the company received 4.7 out of 5 stars from its customers. Since these Getmaple.ca reviews are on Facebook and not on their website, we can safely count them as genuine testimonials instead of fake ones. Overall, the company’s customers are happy with the service offered by the company for the past few years.
Conclusion
GetMaple.ca is a genuine prescription service that offers Canadian citizens a fast and convenient way to secure a valid prescription for certain medical conditions. While the number of curable conditions is limited, most of their customers are happy with the service the company offers. We give GetMaple.ca 4 out of 5 stars based on our findings.

Not sure what type of service you are expecting but they hurry you through, refuse to listen to you or your concerns, prescribe wrong items, then charge you AND your healthcare system. The loser I got, after careful review, is more concerned about his social status and transgender causes than actually treating a patient with twenty year history of known treatments. But he literally said “I’m too busy to listen”. Literally.
I wrote a formal complaint to his college of physicians and after reading his other reviews, I realize THIS is the type of the doctor getmaple hires.
