CanPd.com is a Canadian e-pharmacy, intending to service their American clientele with affordable and accessible medications. First established in 2000, they’ve supposedly saved Americans up to 80% on Health Canada approved medicines. With such large claims, we made a point to be very strict with our verification process for this e-pharmacy.

As this company broadly boasts of being both Canadian and extremely well-established, being founded in 2000, these were two crucial details we wanted to verify. According to this company’s public domain information, this e-pharmacy was first registered on May 31st, 2000 – proving the first claim accurate.
As for the second claim, of being a Canadian-owned and operated business, this is seemingly corroborated as well with the public domain information. The domain information lists the registrant, administrative and technical addresses as being 96 Mowat Ave, Toronto, Ontario.
However, it is worth noting that when looking under the Contact Us’ information on this e-pharmacy website, they list their physical address as being in Belleville, Ontario – even showing their location on a map. When zooming in on the map, it’s easy to see the arrow points to a residential area. This is odd, as a well-established business would seemingly showcase a proper location.
One aspect of this company profile that we enjoyed, was that they listed some information on their employees and pharmacies. They claim that all of their pharmacists are regulated, licensed, and monitored by the Provincial College of Pharmacists. They also state that their pharmacies are certified members of the British Columbia Pharmacy Associations.
This company also highlights that they are a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business. As this is a large claim, we did look into it on the BBB website. We can confirm that not only are they an accredited business, but they also have a rating of A+.
However, as we always look into Scam Adviser, we found it important to still do this step, despite the positive BBB rating. On Scam Adviser, this e-pharmacy shockingly had a score of 1/100 – followed by a warning that this website was reported by the NABP.
As mentioned, this e-pharmacy is BBB certified, so it would make sense that their products have been deemed safe. They have been accredited since 2000, so they seemingly hold business licenses as well. To be a BBB accredited business, you have to go through an extensive verification process – making it so this company would be quite legitimate to hold such a rating for over 20 years.
However, as mentioned this company has been reported by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. At the same time, this company is “unapproved” on Legit Script.
Products and Pricing
Presently, this company carries only ten products for its clientele to choose from. Some of the available products are:
✔ Lipitor, Myrbetriq
✔ Domperidone, Premarin
✔ Ezetrol, Synthroid
✔ Xarelto, Bystolic
It’s important to note that there is no information provided on any medication, except the price (all prices are in USD). Customers select their necessary quantity and strength, putting their items in their cart.
This company then lists its different forms of ordering processes. When you are done putting items in your cart, you’ll check out (no credit information required). You’ll then receive a price quote and the company will call or email you to confirm your order. They will then request the necessary information, prescriptions, etc.
Payments and Shipping
This company currently lists the following methods of payment for their customers:
As for shipping, they claim that all packaged are fully ensured and every order is subject to a $19 shipping and handling fee. However, first-time customers receive free shipping on orders over $50. Medications should arrive at the customer’s shipping address within 2-4 weeks of your order and payment is processed. This company only ships to addresses in the United States of America.
This company does have a section devoted to testimonials. These testimonials all showcase the name, location, and photo of the person who submitted their statement. The testimonials are all positive, but we do find that the photos attached all seem professional quality – as if they are stock photos.
On other dating sites, however, it was very difficult to find any third-party reviews, corroborating those on the site. Trustpilot, for example, had no ratings and this longstanding company is still left unclaimed.
In conclusion, this company is kind of perplexing to us. While they seem legit, being a BBB accredited business, they are also reported by the NABP. The reviews on the site are very positive and we appreciate the ordering process. Therefore, we award this company 2.5 stars and remain somewhat impressed with their present standings.
