Domain Information
Since 12-11-2013 when it was registered, this pharmacy has had 5 years to better its services through experience and emerging customer complaints. To our surprise, we noticed that the drugstore’s services have no significant deviation from the initially demonized ones. This is a happening only common in rogue online drugstores.
Business Profile
Starting from the actual website location, which is hidden by the website, there was scarce information leading us to where it is. Nevertheless, we established that there are two possible places where it can be found: the Netherlands or the United Kingdom. According to ScamAdviser, there’s a 95% chance of not being able to locate the pharmacy’s website. However, it could be located somewhere in Europe. All sites with obscure locations like this have always been declared as rogue by regulatory bodies.
Available Drugs
The assortment of medications under the categories listed on the shop’s homepage is very wide. So far, this is the only thing that the drugstore can be proud of. Quality medications are what everyone is looking for. This store’s drugs are shipped from India. It is not authentic that medications manufactured in India are approved by the FDA as the pharmacy is trying to make us believe in their FAQ section. In fact, after doing comprehensive research, we realized that the shop’s medications aren’t even approved by the FDA. This is too dangerous for the customers. The store’s pricing is dandy. It is easy to see that the prices tagged on each medication on their website are way lower than they could be in other online pharmacies. However, prices alone should not lure you into harming your health using substandard medications as in most cases, the lowest quality medications usually cost very low.
Regulatory Approvals
As the website’s location remains unknown, we had to check across all the most popular regulatory bodies, both in Europe as well as the United States. The MHRA has no links with the apothecary. The pharmacy’s domain name isn’t in the database of CIPA. ScamAdviser states that this pharmacy isn’t safe to use, doubts its location, and finally awards it a 0% (high risk) trust rating. The UK’s General Pharmaceutical Council also hasn’t the name of this pharmacy is its database. LegitScript declares it rogue. This makes the pharmacy too illegal.
Payment and Shipping Terms
Interested individuals can pay for their orders using the following checkout options:
✔ Bank Wire Transfer
✔ E-check
✔ Visa
✔ Visa Electron
✔ MasterCard
✔ Discover
All these payment options are fast. The pharmacy has also invested in security, so your bank details are always safe while using them on the pharmacy’s checkout page. Delivery options available are the International Unregistered Mail and the Trackable Courier Service. The latter costs $ 29.95 per package, is trackable and takes 7-9 days before arrival. The International Unregistered Mail takes 14-21 weekdays before arrival, $ 9.95 in costs, and is not trackable. No genuine review confirms that the orders actually reach their destinations.
Customer Care Service
Poor response is what we observed first when we were in the process of investigating the quality of service offered by the apothecary. The calls we made were picked after more than 3 attempts. Our email was responded to after a whole week. This isn’t the standard of services needed by clients.
Customers’ Feedback
The on-site testimonials that you’ll see on this pharmacy’s website don’t have a genuine source. Possibly, the shop uses some online service to generate them. Rationally, no feedback can be 100% positive as they are on this pharmacy’s website. Therefore, they are just facades to depict a positive reputation of the shop. We resorted to TrustPilot for genuine feedback posted for this pharmacy. There were no reviews there either.
Conclusion
There’s no point in trusting a pharmacy that offers: unapproved and poor quality medications, unverifiable customer testimonials, unverifiable delivery claims, unfulfilled marketing terms, and slow customer care agents, with only: a wide assortment of drugs and secure payments on the positive side. The pharmacy also has not even a single regulatory approval, and couldn’t use the 5 years in the industry to improve its services. CanadianOnlineDrugs.com deserves a 1-star rating from us.
Ordered what was advertised as Viagra with a photo of an actual Viagra pill. What was sent were generic pills. Called customer service and they told me that it did not matter what was pictured, I ordered a generic even though the picture was of a Viagra pill and the heading said Viagra. When I explained that this was what I deemed as “bait and switch” their customer service rep hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PHARMACY.
Good day, Marc! Oh, they are trying to cheat. This is definitely a bad service. Thanks for the heads up.
