CanadaMedPharmacy.com is one of those medical stores that are difficult to trust because they are so new. This one is quick to make compelling promises regarding its affordable prices and wide-ranging medical products. Normally, you would dismiss these claims because they do not make sense in light of its domain age. But the pharmacy has done a decent job of presenting evidence that proves its legitimacy. You should still apply some caution when using their services. But they are more authentic than their domain age suggests.

Domain Info
The domain was created on the 20th of August 2018. As you can see, that was less than two years ago. The common practice is to steer clear of domains that are this young. But, as was mentioned above, this website has more going for it than meets the eye.
Related Websites
ScamAdviser gave it a trust rating of 84 percent. This is the first positive attribute of the site. Even though it is so young, scamadviser.com still saw fit to give it a high rating. In other words, it also recognizes that the store’s young domain age does not necessarily prove that it is a threat. That being said, the site has some skeletons that you should keep in mind. First of all, it shares its server with over a dozen websites. The presence of these websites isn’t a bad thing because most of them have decent ScamAdviser ratings. As such, their existence makes the internet pharmacy look even better. On the other hand, the fact that the store’s setup involved two countries isn’t encouraging. Such behavior is normally found in fraudulent websites.
Business Profile
Because this is a relatively new website, it doesn’t have much of a paper trail online. Fortunately, it has a business address that you can verify. This is very rare in online pharmacies. Most of them spend a lot of time hiding their addresses because they are not real pharmacies. They know that providing a business address would make it very easy for customers to realize that they cannot be trusted. This medical store is quite open about its business address because it is a true Canadian pharmacy.
It is not merely using the country as a way to attract customers. This is another popular trend among online medical scams. They are always pretending to be Canadian because they know that everyone loves and trusts Canadian drugs. However, they have no proof that their operations are based in the country. This store has a business address that backs its claims. Admittedly, the absence of the owner’s identity is somewhat disappointing.
It is easier to transact with a medical store when you know the identity of the owner. This is because you can resolve any questions and doubts you have by reaching out to the owner. This pharmacy loses some points because of the owner’s decision to remain anonymous.
Regulatory Authority
You might be tempted to immediately dismiss this website because it cannot be found in LegitScript’s database. However, you should know that it is a member of CIPA. When it comes to Canadian drugstores, the only accreditation that matters is a CIPA seal. This is because CIPA is responsible for monitoring websites in Canada that sell drugs.
Available Products
The online store has over a million medical products in its catalog, including prescription drugs and over the counter medicine.
Payments and Deliveries
The platform might disappoint some of you because it doesn’t have the incredibly low prices and ridiculously attractive bonuses that some internet pharmacies offer. However, that is a good thing. Drugstores with unrealistically low price tags stock counterfeit medicine. This is why they can afford to sell their merchandise so cheaply. The medicine sold on this platform isn’t the cheapest. But the prices are still attractive. You must present a prescription to complete your order.
Reviews
This is another big weakness for internet pharmacies. It doesn’t have reviews on any of the trustworthy resources such as TrustPilot. This makes it impossible to find genuine testimonials from the company’s previous clients.
Conclusion
The internet pharmacy earns a trust rating of 3 stars. It is still too young and it doesn’t have a strong paper trail. But the CIPA accreditation tells you that it is legit.

CanadaMedPharmacy is the most unreliable pharmacy I have ever done business with.
They told me – and it’s on their website – that they get prescriptions from 9 countries, but I was told by them today (March 16,2022) that is not true. They are aware that the Asthma medicine we ordered has not arrived in 42 days. When I asked if they would contact the pharmacy they ordered from in New Zealand they said they can not contact them! The medicine we need to control Asthma is VERY common – yet they informed me just today they can only get it from Turkey and New Zealand and there is no way to track the shipment!
I asked during three different phone calls to speak with a supervisor and was told there are none to speak with. Seriously? Does that mean no one manages that business?
We have been waiting 42 days for a critically important Asthma medicine and they tell me they have no idea when the meds will arrive. They claim on their website 8 to 15 business day delivery from when it’s ordered….. Then they said 15 to 21 business days which can mean it could be close to a month before delivery. Having to wait 42 days for a vital medication is absurd.
This pharmacy should have a minus-one-star rating for their misinformation and indifference.
Hello, Gary! Thank you very much for sharing and giving much detail on your situation. They seem really indifferent and terrible to deal with.
