This domain was first registered on 25th January 2019. It was later updated on 15th June 2019. A short domain lifespan is not necessarily a bad thing. It takes time to build a reputation. However, many scams and fraudulent websites usually have new domains which do not last long. Because this site, albeit claiming to have started in 2012, has been live for less than a year should concern you. The domain is registered to Privacy Hero, Inc. in Barbados, which is a high-risk country.
According to Alexa, this pharmacy is connected to scores of other suspicious websites. These shady sites interestingly share similar web designs and font layouts like this one. The website registrar is the same for all these other sites. We can conclude from these affiliations that this website belongs to a business system involved in online fraud. These sites are affiliated to:
For a pharmacy to operate legally, it must receive legal approval from specialized regulatory agencies such as CIPA, LegitScript, NAPB, and PharmacyChecker. The website lacks any regulatory badges and does not present any proof that it is regulated in the US, Canada, UK, or the European Union. The site claims that the FDA regulates its drugs, but no proof has been provided. The pharmacy is not a registered member of CIPA. No agency regulates this online pharmacy. It has also been flagged as a rogue internet pharmacy website by LegitScript. Drugs sold on this website may not be safe for human consumption.
The main product on this pharmacy website appears to be men’s performance drugs. The site attempts to appear legitimate by offering other medical products for asthma and skincare. As you would expect from a rogue pharmacy, you do not require a prescription to purchase any medicine from this store. All the products being sold on the site are generic and are sourced from India, Pakistan, and China. The site, by its admission, sells generic medicine. The source of these drugs is of suspect quality based on the countries from which they originate. These countries are known for counterfeiting and manufacturing of substandard drugs.
The online pharmacy purports to offer their medicine at prices less than half what they should cost. It is also noteworthy that they have a minimal selection of medicine brands from which to choose. By nature, cheap drugs cannot be of good quality. Also, it means that the pharmacy makes its proceeds from counterfeiting and illegal smuggling. The website also offers free shipping for products over $149. Their coupon code could not be applied to sales on checkout.
Payment and Shipping
The online pharmacy accepts, MasterCard, AMEX, Visa, and Discover. We do not encourage you to make purchases here. Even though the website has an SSL certificate, we cannot guarantee that your transaction will be secure. The online pharmacy claims to use DHL and EMS as their delivery service partners. There is no evidence to qualify that they will deliver your package.
The website claims that it has over 50000 returning customers. This should come as a shock to any potential customer. The site is not as old as it claims to be. It has only four reviews on TrustPilot. These are obviously fake reviews. They give high ratings, but none of these is descriptive or authoritative. This store has little or no social proof. It has a poor alexa.com ranking, and Alexa could not determine whether the site had traffic or not.
Trust is an important factor for any business. It is quite sad to say, but ArrowMeds.com lacks social approval. The ratings given about the site on ScamAdviser are too few to back up their claim of 50000 repeat customers. The store lacks legitimacy. By its admission, it sells generic drugs. It also lacks the approval to sell drugs from any regulatory agency in North America, UK or Europe. Based on our findings, we can only give this store a rating of 2 stars out of 5.

I recently attempted to purchase some generic medication. The site says it will take multiple methods of payment. I received an email to pay by PayPal. So I did. They do not accept credit cards. Emails were only one sentence. I canceled the order and they said they would refund my money. They did not. PayPal would do nothing but give a case number. You cannot contact a live person at PayPal. ArrowMeds said they would refund my PayPal as soon as their other client paid them. Trust me. The site is a total ripoff. I have purchase meds from other Indian sites and they were great.
Stay away from ArrowMeds. AmEx refunded my card. ArrowMeds did not.
Hello, Robert! It’s a pity you had to face such a situation. Hope next time you will purchase meds in a safe pharmacy according to our reviews.
