An-Order-Shop.com is another online drugstore selling generic and branded products at a cheaper price. They claim their drugs are of the highest quality and approved by the FDA. They also claim customer satisfaction is their top priority and that’s why they offer speedy redressal of customer grievances. We reviewed the pharmacy recently to check whether their claims were true or are it just another rogue pharmacy. Below is what we found about the pharmacy during our investigation.
|Owner Country||US, Russia|
|Name of Organisation||Online Pharmacy|
|Licenses, Certificates and Approvals|
|Live Chat Option||no|
The pharmacy’s Whois data says the domain was registered on 21st July 2018 and right now has an expiry date of 21st July 2020. The shorter lifespans one of the first indicators of a rogue pharmacy that will dupe you sooner than later and then run away. The website runs on a shared server along with 9 other websites causing its slow to load.
The Scam Adviser details of this business say the owner has decided not to disclose any information about who they are and where they are located. This is also quite common among scam business owners as it protects them and their business from any future legal troubles. The data also says there are two countries involved in its set up – the United States and the Russian Federation that also raises questions about its reliability. The pharmacy’s contact details and social media profiles are completely vague and not exist in reality. We did not get any answers from any of their support channels proving all their claims of providing superior customer support to be false.
Till now, the pharmacy has all the traits of being a rogue pharmacy and not a legit business, but we needed to check their regulatory status to be fully sure about it. We headed to the databases of various regulatory authorities such as Pharmacy Checker, MPA, and CIPA, to find out their regulatory status and unsurprisingly, no mention of this business was found in any of the databases. Furthermore, LegitScript reviewed the pharmacy gave it a rogue rating meaning they sell low-quality products that failed to meet their quality standards and might be harmful to human health when consumed.
The pharmacy maintains a large inventory of its products which spans through a wide range of categories. They sell both branded and generic drugs, but their best-selling drugs are primarily generic drugs with some branded ones are distributed in between. Some of the pharmacy’s best-selling items include:
✔ Allergy, Antibiotics, Antifungal, Antiviral
✔ Blood Pressure, Cancer, Diabetes
✔ Pain Relief, Weight Loss and More
Even though their branded drugs are reasonably priced, the prices of their generic drugs do raise some eyebrows and there is no way these products can be genuine ones. These drugs are most likely the duplicated products of the actual ones sourced and dispensed from developing countries. These drugs are also brought into the country via cross-border smuggling without paying any taxes.
The pharmacy accepts payment via the following modes:
✔ Visa, Mastercard
✔ AMEX, JCB, Diners Club
The involvement of Bitcoin makes the pharmacy even more dangerous as it is primarily used by scamsters to con people. While completing the checkout process, You will be transferred to their external payment getaway which has no SSL seal on it. This means they will try to duplicate or steal your sensitive details at the time of checkout and use them in other fraudulent activities.
The pharmacy says they ship their products in most of the countries worldwide with the help of the following two shipping methods:
✔ Airmail, with a standard waiting period of 2 to 3 weeks with no tracking and costs $10, and
✔ Trackable Courier Service, with a standard waiting period of 5 to 9 business days with tracking available and costs $30
Your package could get delayed at the customs, so if you stay patient if they do not arrive within the stipulated period.
The pharmacy also a testimonial page where you can read about the experiences of their past customers. Unfortunately, most of these An-Order-Shop.com reviews are either stolen or user-generated likely to attract more traffic and generate more sales. They are full of lies, fake praises, and false claims to convince people to buy from their website.
At the conclusion, we can safely declare this pharmacy as a scam business and not a legit one. The pharmacy tries too hard to look genuine and convince people to buy from their pharmacy. Therefore, don’t fall into their trap and make yourself one of their victims. Avoid the pharmacy at all costs and stay safe. We give this drugstore a 1 out of 5 stars based on our investigation.
